Chris founded CJM Staffing Solutions, LLC in 2012 and has been a recruiter in the financial services industry since 1998. Chris graduated from the State University New York at Oswego with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and has been immersed in the placement of both contract and permanent candidates for recruiting initiatives at major investment banks and broker dealers for his entire career after college.

Max joined CJM Staffing in 2012 and has since contributed to placing highly successful candidates within multiple industries and sectors.
